He was born in 1976 in İstanbul. He graduated from Trakya University as Mechanical Engineer. Following, he completed his MS in International Marketing at Marmara University. As the Member of Board of his family corporation including various leading sectors; tourism, real-estate and automative, Topaloglu, has been taking part in business of tourism as Chairman of All Seasons Hotel. Meanwhile, he is the Board Member of Tourism Sector of MUSIAD, Member of Macedonia Business Council of DEIK, and Board Member of ISKED.
