According to the temporary data obtained from the General Directorate of Security; in February 2020 the number of foreign visitors arrived is 1 733 112 which increased by 3,76 % compared to the previous year.

Of the 1 733 112 foreign visitors arrived in February, 8 341 ( 0.48%) are excursionists. In February 2020, top 5 provinces foreign visitors entered Turkey are:

 1-İstanbul %55,52 (962 151)

 2-Edirne %12,28 (212 853)

 3-Antalya %10,08 (174 758)

 4-Artvin %8,12 (140 764)

 5-Ankara %2,15 (37 320)

 In the January-February 2020 period the number of foreign visitors arrived increased by 9,68% compared to the previous year.
